Our Employee Benefits Department operates with transparency and integrity at the core of its values. We are approachable and adaptable, and we greatly value the feedback provided by our members and member districts to stay in tune with their ever-evolving needs. Our top priority is to provide exceptional customer service and advocate on our members’ behalf through solution-oriented support while demonstrating empathy and respect. We take our responsibility to educate our members and member districts very seriously to help them make informed decisions that positively impact their health, finances, and overall well-being.

RESIG actively participates in statewide organizations, committees, and workgroups focused on public-sector healthcare, employee benefits, and risk management. Through our involvement with organizations such as California Association of Joint Powers Authorities (CAJPA) and state healthcare cost initiatives convened by Tony Thurmond, we stay engaged in conversations that shape the future of employee benefits for California school districts.

This involvement helps us bring current industry insight, emerging best practices, and practical solutions back to the districts and members we serve—supporting informed decision-making and long-term program sustainability.
